Not A Celebrity Tequila was born from the hardworking spirit of everyday people — the builders, the craftsmen, the laborers who put their heart into everything they do. Crafted for the working person, our tequila celebrates authenticity, tradition, and the honest effort that goes into making something real.

We focus on staying true to tequila’s roots, using only 100% Blue Weber Agave sourced from the lush Los Altos highlands. Our process is traditional yet precise: cooked in high-pressure autoclaves, crushed with roller mills, and distilled twice in stainless steel stills—again, honoring time-honored practices to ensure consistent quality and natural sweetness.

  • Carefully Cooked & Extracted Agave

    We select 100% Blue Weber Agave from the highlands of Los Altos, known for its natural sweetness. The agaves are gently cooked in a high-pressure autoclave using pressurized steam, then crushed with a roller mill to release their fermentable sugars.

  • Natural Fermentation & Double Distillation

    The ‘mosto’—a blend of agave juice, yeast, and water—is fermented in stainless steel tanks after removing the fibers. The fermented mixture is then distilled twice in stainless steel stills with a copper coil, resulting in a pure, clear silver tequila.

  • Bottled Perfection & Packaging

    Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in 750 mL bottles, our tequila is presented in an elegant box, embodying authentic craftsmanship. Certified with NOM 1517, it’s perfect for sipping or mixing into your favorite cocktails.
