The agaves are carefully cooked in a high-pressure autoclave, utilizing pressurized steam to maximize flavor. Once cooked, the agave is gently crushed with a roller mill, releasing its essential fermentable sugars. The resulting ‘mosto’—a blend of agave juice, yeast, and water—is fermented in stainless steel tanks after removing the fibers, ensuring a pure and smooth profile.

Distillation is performed twice in stainless steel stills, with a copper coil enhancing purity. The first distillation yields a cloudy ‘ordinario,’ followed by a second distillation that results in a pristine, clear silver tequila. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), it offers a smooth, vibrant taste experience.
